Our SLA
Contracts are signed on an annual basis with contract prices based on a) the expected volume of books uploaded to Proofcheck and b) commercial or non-profit registration status. We do not price based on the number of customer accounts, so you can have as many staff and freelancers as you want on our platform.
Contracts are payable on a monthly or annual (prepaid) frequency.
